Pencil Portrait Orders
After reviewing the choices available
Follow the pencil portrait orders procedure below | | |
Step 1: Order Enquiry Form The primary object of this Enquiry Form is for both parties to determine the needs and requirements of the particular portrait being commissioned. Those being:
• Cost of proposed commissioned portrait • Time scale needed to complete • Adequate subject matter to work from
Once you have decided on the choices available to you, review the following Checklist: • Select type and number of portraits required. • Consider ideal size, framing and hanging space. • Review prices and discounts. • Enter a date required. • Complete Pencil Portrait Order Form. • Add notes if required. • Once completed, click ‘Send’
Step 2: Order Responsel On receipt of your Pencil Portrait Order Enquiry Form an Auto Responder email will be sent to you. In that email you will give further details on how to submit your digital photographs and other related information. If you did not receive the Auto Responder email, Please check the syntax of the email address entered or, go to Contact and send a message from there.
Step 3: Proposal
A proposal confirming your pencil portrait order will be emailed to you within 5 days.The proposal with include the following: • Price, discount and required commissioning   deposit. • Banking details. • Proposed timeline to complete the order. • If need be, a computer generated mock-up   of proposed portrait. • Further suggestions where required. The timeline excludes delivery time, as it may vary depending on your regions postal or courier services. All contact details and forwarded digital photographs for the proposed portrait will be treaded as confidential. | "Conventional values such as pleasing, beautiful and aesthetic Need not be a measure for determining the value of art" |
Step 4: Commission Deposit On your approval of the proposal the following must be arranged: • Dispatch address and delivery • Payment options and commissioning deposit
Note: The commissioning deposit is non-refundable.
Step 5: Go ahead On receipt of your commissioning deposit work on your order will go ahead. Portraits take time to create, but I will do my best to turn your work in a timely manner. The average return time for a 19"x14" (C) pencil portrait is approximately 10 days excluding delivery time. This will depend on my immediate workload. If you need your portrait sooner please make a note of this when you submit your order and I will work with you to get your portrait completed in time.
Step 6: Completion On completion a scan of the completed portrait will be emailed to you for approval and dispatch arrangements must be confirmed.
Step 7: Approval On your approval the final payment must be made. On receipt thereof the artwork will be dispatched.
Step 8: Final Receipt On confirmation of delivery the finial receipt will be issued. Note: I reserve the right to place any portraits that I render on this Website unless previously requested by the customer not to do so.
