Mixmedia Gallery of Pencil & Oil
Welcome to Peter Clements mixmedia gallery.
The follow collection of mixed media studies are created as follows: Each study is a graphite pencil drawing that is sprayed with a fixative to protect it. Thereafter, the colour is added by applying an overlay of oil paint that is ‘thinned down’ with mix of English distilled turpentine and a quick drying medium. Generally the colours chosen are transparent in nature. | To see an enlarged version, click the picture and an enlarged version of that picture will appear on a new window. Delete that window when you are done. | | |
